Being one of the most luxurious 5 stars hotels in Egypt, Dusit Thani lake view Cairo is now welcoming you to join our gracious diversified family .We are seeking an AsianSpa Receptionist who will be reporting directly to the Spa Manager.
The Spa receptionist is the first contact person with the guest. Responsibilities of a spa receptionist are to assist spa manager in organizing the overall day-to-day spa operations and administration as assigned. To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s standard as prescribed in Standard Operations Manual. The general responsibilities include answering the phone, handling reservation and billing system, completing the daily reports and assisting the guests in professional and helpful manner providing the information about services, special promotion, and facilities available.
To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting then in a warm welcoming manner-by name addressed
To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s standard as prescribed in Standard Operations Manual
To respond to the phone call and enquiries in timely and professional manner
To ensure that all equipments associated with service function at all time
To ensure that the spa reservation is appropriately handled as requested
To provide the information about services, special promotion, facilities available
To be able to answer all questions related to services and identify the benefit or advantage of treatments required to the guests
To handle the billing system and ensure that it is carried out accurately in accordance with accounting policies & procedures
To control the cash flow system and transactions process at the reception area
To be initiative in handling the guest complaints and report it to the spa manager promptly
To monitor the guest feedback and liaise with the spa manager or supervisor on all aspect of guest comments, necessary massages that affect daily operations
To actively promote and up sell all spa services
To update the Receptionist Log Book
To fill in all reports accurately and efficiently
To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines
To respond to the change as indicated by the company
Strong communication skills
Good command of English
Proactive and Enthusiasm
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in flexible hours including weekends and public holiday
