Job Summary:      Looking for a Sales Executive (Real Estate) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Develop strong business relationships with key decision makers in the industry
  • Prepare market strategies through researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Manage property closings, oversee the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
  • Respond to questions concerning construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs as well as appraisals
  • Maintain constant interaction with current and potential customers
  • Required to represent the company in all sales meetings, seminars, conferences as well as events to improve on existing job knowledge and obtain more business
  • Carry out any other related assigned task

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing or any business related
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the same field required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated track record of sourcing and securing new business
  • Ability to meet set sales targets
  • Expertise in computer application applications including the ability to use the marketing software
  • Good negotiation and networking skills
  • Good customer services skills

  • Strong influencing abilities
