We are looking for Sales in Interior Design Company with a successful track record and who is looking for a career growth and promising financial rewards.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated & Socially smart, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers and competitive for high number of sales. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Qualifications:

Experience in Sales in UAE in Interior Design and Furniture Fit-out is a must
With UAE driving license with Car
High record of sales
Good communication skills and ready steady mind to understand the mechanism of work quickly and correctly
Well experienced in PowerPoint presentation and excel
Coordinating, scheduling meetings and follow-ups the inquiries
Presentable, highly talented and presentation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Passionate about sales
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years of relevant work experience in UAE
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Has the ability to work together with interior designers and Engineers to set up meetings with potential / existing clients to understand their project needs and explain Reesha Interior Design service process and fit-out works
Open new channels for generating leads
Called calls and called visits to create new leads and potential clients
Turning leads into clients, discussing our services, and creating opportunities
Meeting with clients to discuss the needs of the project and requirements, to be discussed with team
Capable of establishing new relationship with clients to guarantee long term business relationships, including handling complains and new projects and requirements
Highly following up skills with the client to close the deal, invoicing and payments, and satisfaction
Ability to approach clients B to B and B to C for different type of projects, as high end Residential projects, commercial, retail and healthcare projects, etc.
The candidates should be able to identify existing and future opportunities in the UAE and the region market
Coordination skills to follow up between the team and the clients, with a multi tasker while maintaining the quality of the deliverables
Sales report analysis
