About the Role

Manage and continue to develop the Long Term Driven Services along with Events Transportation business within UAE, ensuring revenue growth and set profitability margins are met. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and enhancing the brand image to meet and exceed set standards. Must motivate, guide and support all relevant personnel running and driving the LONG TERM DRIVEN SERVICES contracts to achieve organizational objectives whilst maintaining good level of discipline and service standards. Ensure optimum fleet utilization having to liaise with multiple internal departments (Service & maintenance, PRO, Procurement, Disposal, Finance) on a daily basis. Comply, document and implement procedures in line with company policies and procedures. Continuously look for operational efficiencies and ensure optimum usage of existing resources and assets. Constantly review operating processes and conduct audit for teams across all Long Term Driven Services in UAE
Develop and expand the client data base, increasing product market share.

Carry out business practices that are ethical and in line with Hertz and Al Futtaim policies.

Manage the P&L of LONG TERM DRIVEN SERVICES and Events Transportation on a monthly basis to ensure profitability and efficiencies

Ensure all operational procedures are being followed which therefore ensure costs are controlled

Represent Hertz and establish good relationship with key decision makers for LONG TERM DRIVEN SERVICES contracts.

Write processes and operating procedures for new projects and events.

Key Accountabilities:

Revenue: Achieve the overall revenue target for LONG TERM DRIVEN SERVICES and Event Transportation, Identify, develop and contract new clients ensuring gross margins targets are achieved

Utilization: Ensure vehicles for LONG TERM DRIVEN SERVICES are run as per costing or below.

New Projects: define process; arrange bulk recruitment, training and implementation according to deadlines. Audit processes.

Employee Development: Identify the talents within the team members and develop the right resources, optimum use of these resources and identify them for succession planning.

Full P&L responsibility for LONG TERM DRIVEN SERVICES contracts and Events Transportation.

Managing pool vehicles for

Route optimization for all LONG TERM DRIVEN SERVICES existing and possible contracts
