Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Answer calls, emails as well as letters
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and request for more when necessary
  • Prepare and share out routine correspondence
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Welcome and screen visitors as well as telephone calls

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate with a minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a secretary or in a similar position
  • Ability to use efficiently Ms Word, Power Point, Ms Excel
  • Should be a good communicator and able to respond to calls in a proper manner
  • Preferred candidates are required
  • Must be flexible with a mature approach to work
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Must have a confident personality and highly personable
