My client is global leader in construction contracting. They are looking for a Learning and Development and Recruitment Coordination expert to join their team here in Dubai.

Your new role
The role will have a 50/50 split coordination tasks between Learning and Development and Recruitment.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have;
• Over 2 years’ Human Resources experience with Learning and Development and Recruitment
• Experience with the recruitment process
• Experience in onboarding and offboarding
• Managing Learning and Development events
• Updating internal learning system as required
• Experience managing leave management, medical insurance and other HR tasks
