The job holder will be responsible for overseeing and driving lasting growth in sales, expanding brand awareness aligned with the vision of driving efficient operations known beyond the local markets for food quality and hospitality. The position is responsible for the overall P&L of multiple casual dining and QSR outlets across UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Qatar.

Besides managing day-to-day operations, growth and project management will be important aspects of the role. To be successful, the incumbent must be able to see a vision and commit to long term, leading autonomously while working closely with the CEO to grow the business, wherein some of the deliverables are:

P&L Management

Revenue enhancement from multiple restaurant brands spread across GCC while having a good understanding of facilities, health & safety, programming & planning in a variety of unique environments. Initiate and manage sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenues through effective brand delivery, new product development and promotion of the product range and brand identity.

Plan the profitability of the business, people and team management, innovating, upgrading, and implementing systems to achieve the vision with the knowledge of Food & Beverage production and operations. Oversee the management of the expense lines so that targets are achieved in line with the strategic priorities.

Operations Management

Ensure smooth operations and maintain exceptional standards of product and service delivery that are consistent with customer expectations and in line with the local legislation.

Consistently target guest delight and high guest satisfaction/ promoter scores.

Maintain and create systems and processes to facilitate the achievement of the strategic objectives.

Ensure compliance of brand standards, accounting practices, corporate governance principles and relevant legislation across the respective restaurant and home delivery brands.

Work to enhance the credibility and brand awareness of the various brands across the markets.

Contribute towards development of vendors and suppliers.

Growth & Sustainability

Define and refine brand offering in line with the customer tastes & preferences and contemporary trends.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders (both internal & external) and communicate with them both formally and informally to ensure success of the each of the brands.

Gather intelligence on markets potential and site identifications for various restaurant brands basis the customer profile and footfall. Work closely with Leasing Department to scope the potential and define requirements for development of new outlets.

Build connect with industry bodies, suppliers, competitors, bloggers & social media influencers etc. with an intent of constantly scanning the market environment for opportunities & threats and increasing visibility of brands.
