Head of Customer Care & FM Job at Hays
Our Client is a leading developer with offices located across the Middle East and Africa. A new position has arisen for a Head of Customer Care & Facilities Manager for their offices based in Morocco. The candidate will be responsible for the companies real estate assets which include DM, operator monitoring, performance analysis, vendor management and contract and customer service.
BSc in Engineering, or technical related;
Masters degree in Finance or Engineering;
10-12 years experience in a Facilities Management role;
A minimum of x4 years experience in a management position;
Either currently working in Morocco, or the desire to relocate their permanently;
