Overview of the Hotel:

Prince Hotels & Resorts and StayWell’s combined brand offerings include The Prince, Grand Prince Hotel, Policy, Park Regis, Prince Hotel, Leisure Inn Plus, Prince Smart Inn, and Leisure Inn. Each brand offers guests quality experiences ranging from luxury to lifestyle though to mid-scale.
Prince Hotels & Resorts and StayWell have set a strategic goal to deliver 250 hotels in the medium to long term. The expansion of both company brands will take place across the regions of Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Asia, Japan, Taiwan, Oceania, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
Prince Hotels operate a combined network of 50 hotels, 31 golf courses and 9 ski resorts. StayWell has an existing network of 22 open and operating hotels and a further 14 hotels that are committed and opening over the next few years. In addition, StayWell has two key strategic partners being Manhatton Hotel Group in China (19 hotels) and Cristal Group in the Middle East (11 hotels).
Currently we are looking for the following positions for a new property in Makkah:
Hotel Name: Park Regis Makkah Asia
336 rooms inventory in Stage 1 Stage 2 will consist of another 330 odd rooms totalling approx. 660 rooms when both Towers Operational
Tentative Opening Date – 01 April 2020
Bachelor / Master Degree of Hospitality, Hotel management or a related field.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive GM managerial experience in an International Five-star resort or hotel.
Must have good knowledge of sales and marketing. Knowledge or relationships with key wholesalers, Travel agents & Tour companies delivering room nights into Makkah
Developing strategies, sales plans and profit targets.
Must have perfect knowledge of revenue financials (RevPar) and occupancy rates
Knowledge of stock control and Food & Beverage cost control
Proven revenue management skills
Must have refined skills in public relations
Good command of hotel reception PMS & internet reservation systems.
Excellent IT Skills; including computerized systems, Windows XP, Word, Excel and Outlook
Good command of English language and communicates well in written documentation and oral speech.
At least 5 years’ Experience in Makkah is essential
MUST have had at least two previous Pre Opening experiences as a GM in Makkah
Good Owner relationship management
Must have been GM of at least a 600 + room hotel
