Corporate secretary and governance officer –  Chairman Office 
The role involves providing a range of governance related administrative support services to assist the Chairman of the board. These can include:

  • Monitor the company by- laws, internal controls policy and framework and report on any variances in practice and execution

  • Highlight any risk factors and Identify improvement opportunities from analysing company’s governance functions.

  • Uphold the legal requirements of governing documents and ensure functioning in line with applicable laws


  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.

  • Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minute-ed

  • Maintaining effective records (hard files and soft form) and administration

  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

  • Conduct any ad-hoc tasks such as performing research, preparing reports, or other general office tasks as assigned
