Job Description



IT Command Centre

  • Incident analysis & technical analysis for the incidents assigned.
  • Coordinate for problem management from platform teams and provide updates e.g., due dates
  • IT performance management
  • Configure Prod environment monitoring through SCOM / Dynatrace
  • Apps upgrades as appropriate using SCOM / Dynatrace
  • Reconciliation activities e.g., Card Transactions

Deployment support

Technical verifications & support for all retail & warehouse channels; and deployment of select few apps currently done by GIB IT

Production support

Adhoc reports, new application go live support, UAT support, application transition & knowledge base creation.

Hypercare

Hypercare support

Reports & checklists

Adhoc & Monthly reports – Retail / Wholesale/ Enterprise Platform Compliance / Fraud

Checklists – SCADA, system downtime, P1/P2, open incidents, daily (morning & evening checklists)

Production support

Retail Channels, CRM, UBS, Contact Center, SARIE, Middleware, SIMAH, Marketing Portals, etc.

Vendor coordination

Apps COTS vendors for identification/ fixing / analyzing the issues
